2. Do you have any dog-show superstitions?

Not really a superstition, but if I can't find my English rolled leather lead, everything stops until I find it.

2. TV-show guilty pleasure?

Anything with Gordon Ramsay.

3. If you were president of AKC for one day, what would you do?

I would have the marketing department change their audience to dog lovers with no ties to AKC. It's amazing the number of people I talk to who have no idea how to get involved in AKC sports. Putting AKC messaging in front of them could help the fancy get new participants, which we desperately need.

4. Most valued material possession?

That's tough, as I'm really not a material person, but I do really enjoy my art and Roseville collection.

5. What is something no one would guess about you?

After college I exercised thoroughbreds for a couple of years.

6. Who would you compare yourself to?

I don't think I'd compare myself to anyone.

7. What are you “famous” for?

Probably having zero filter!

8. What website do you visit most often?

Infodog and Amazon.

9. What was more memorable, your most satisfying win or disappointing defeat? And what was it?

There are two: Winning veterans with my 16-year-old girl Busy Shephard under Frank Sabella, both of us with tears in our eyes. And winning the Pekingese Club of America in 2019 with my girl Katy.

10. What do you wish someone would ask you?

“How did you come up with those six winning numbers?”
