If I ever wondered if any other Siberian fanciers took notice of a dog with a heart bigger than Texas, his nomination for Siberian Husky of the Year shouted it from the mountain tops!
Ch. Kontoki’s A Bend in the Road, known as “Benson” is the absolute sun that greets me each and every morning when my eyes open. He is my 24 hour constant companion, and those close to me can publicly attest to that statement.
In 40 years of complete immersion in this breed, no other dog has been closer to the
core of my existence than "Benson". Everyday, he fills my eyes and mind with his love for life and all that surrounds him, his love to learn and his love of me.
I can honestly say that I have never enjoyed showing any of my dogs as much as I have presenting "Benson" to the fancy. — Tommy "O" Oelschlager
