“Harry” achieved unparalled success on the Australian Dog scene where he won 30 Best in Shows including both the Adelaide Royal and Melbourne Royal.
These wins, accompanying photos, and the reports from judges who had seen him piqued the interest of our handler, Bill McFadden, who decided to go “down under” and have a look see.
He was not disappointed by Harry or his very talented owner Dr. Emma Greenway.
A week immersed in a real Dandie of a breeding program brought Bill home eager to arrange an American campaign for this exceptional dog. The results after the first four months are remarkable and the excitement and joy this dog exudes have given us many happy moments.
His record to date is 21 Best In Shows (two from the classes handled by Dr. Emma Greenway), 37 Group Firsts, Westminster Best of Breed and Group Fourth.
He is now the breed's record holder for Best In Shows in the US, breaking a record that has stood for 29 years.
We would like to thank his breeder, the late Ms. Josie Whitall, his owner, Dr. Emma Greenway for sharing him with us, and his many admirers and rapidly increasing fan club.
