As a result of her stellar 2004 Montgomery County weekend, where she came to the weekend as a class bitch and finished the weekend with three Best of Breeds from the Classes, including Best In Show from the Classes at the Devon Dog Club under Judge Dr. Sam Draper and Best of Breed at the Airedale Terrier Club of America National Specialty from the Classes under Judge Mrs. Lydia C. Hutchinson, Margaret was the Number One* Airedale Terrier for 2004.
Her first ring appearance as a Special was at the 2005 Westminster Kennel Club, where she was Best of Breed under Judge Mrs. Karen Wilson. From there she went home with handler Peter Green for her new owners Mrs. Stephanie Ingram and Mrs. Frances Lindner joining Terrydale Kennels, Reg.
Starting their career, Peter & Margaret have climbed to heights never achieved so quickly by an Airedale Terrier. This year she won a very impressive 25 Best In Shows (and is just shy of becoming the Top Winning Airedale of All Time), finishing 2005 as the Number One Airedale Terrier and Number Seven Among All Breeds all systems. Now on the eve of Peter Green’s retirement, we wish to thank Peter, Beth and the entire Green Team for their care and presentation of Margaret.
