A longtime supporter of LGBTQ+ causes and organizations, he is parting with items from part of his storied diving career. He will auction off his gold and silver Olympic medals and related items, including the bathing suit he wore at the Olympics, to raise money for the DAMIEN CENTER’S ONE CAPITAL CAMPAIGN initiative to help finance a new building for the non-profit, which provides resources and services for people affected by HIV/AIDS. The items to be auctioned will have traveled to be viewed from Los Angeles to London onto New York and back to Los Angeles to be auctioned off at BONHAMS on September 14. ...
